This lecture gives you the tools to visualize the summary statistics that you learned to generate in the last session. Moreover, we will discuss the remaining aspects of the grammar of graphics that we have not covered yet. At the end of this session, you will be able to generate near-publishable figures like the one below.

  1. Finish Exercise 5 and 6.
  2. Read Chapter 5.6 & 5.7 on grouped operations.
  3. Go through your existing R scripts and revise your code to make use of %>%, where possible.

  5. Read Chapter 7 Exploratory Data Analysis.
  6. Read on basic concepts from statistics and probability. You can find it on Absalon.
